Capability
The organization commissioned a Rate Plan Strategy report to analyze their current inventory (their number of lines by various rate plans by type (standalone, pools and flat)) as well as the number of lines on family share plans.

Benefit Statement
eDatatel Solutions’s Rate Plan Strategy report identified annualized savings on 2,737 Corporate liable lines of 6% (no disruption) on shared plans or 33% (changing 891 lines) to a mixed corporate flat & unlimited flat rates. Optimizing 1,534 employee liable lines to standalone was the least disruptive which generated est. monthly savings of $46,975 per month (50% savings).

Key Findings/Results
Employee Liable Lines: Annual Savings of $563,735 with an average cost-per-minute down to $.039

Corporate Liable Lines: $9,802 (6%) monthly savings with no disruption to $56,577 (33%) per month from ¾ of the savings by changing 891 of 3,262 lines to mixed corporate flat & unlimited flat rates (overall cost/minute of $.027)
