of client’s total wireless account
spend came from international roaming and
long distance fees, approximately double
current best in class benchmarks for similarly
sized international companies. Between April
and June, average roaming usage was 21,680
minutes per month, or 0.7% of total voice
usage, however the average roaming cost
was $144,950 per month, or 45% of total
voice spend.

savings opportunities for over 5,000 lines
with AT&T Mobility.

data plans; the remaining are on international
data plans

calls by 100% through the implementation
of a real-time mobile monitoring system
that detects when international calls are
placed and transparently reroutes them through
alternative, substantially less expensive,
avenues such as VoIP. |
